Terms of sale and licence

1. Who we are

Glide is made by Motion Vision, India ("we"). Contact: support@motionvisionfx.com. Our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, is the seller of record for purchases and handles payment, invoices and applicable taxes.

2. The licence

When you buy Glide you receive a licence code and a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Glide on one computer at a time. You may move your licence to another computer by deactivating it on the first. You may use Glide for your own projects, including commercial work you deliver to clients.

3. What you may not do

• Share, resell or publish your licence code or the Glide files.
• Copy, decompile, or remove the licence check from Glide, or use Glide with a code that is not yours.
• Sell or redistribute the presets, previews or other content in Glide as your own product.

Glide is used with Adobe Premiere Pro, which you must license separately from Adobe.

4. Updates and support

We provide email support at the address above. We may release updates and may change or discontinue features. Glide checks the licence online from time to time; if you are offline it keeps working for a limited period after the last check.

5. Refunds

See the refund policy. A refunded purchase ends the licence.

6. No warranty; limit of liability

Glide is provided "as is". It changes the keyframes of the clips you choose, so please keep backups of your projects and use Undo and Remove Motion if you want to revert. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work or lost profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for Glide. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

7. Ending the licence

We may end a licence, and deactivate its code, if these terms are broken. You can stop using Glide at any time.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. The terms in force when you buy apply to your purchase.
