Motion Vision ("we") makes Glide. This page explains what data is handled. We keep it to the minimum needed to sell and license the product.

This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation.

Buying Glide

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. It collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information according to its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can support you and manage your licence.

Using Glide

Glide does not collect information about your projects, footage or clips, and it sends no usage data or telemetry. The only network requests it makes are licence checks to Lemon Squeezy. Each request contains:

• your licence code,
• the name of your computer and a short fingerprint derived from your computer's operating-system identifier (not reversible into the identifier itself), used so that a code works on one PC at a time.

Glide stores a small amount of data on your computer: your settings, your saved sequences and curves, a log of recent errors, and your licence details (code, purchase name and email). None of it leaves your computer unless you choose to send a support report.

Support reports

The Support screen builds a text report (versions, system, the selected clip's values, recent activity). It is shown to you and only shared if you copy it and send it to us. You can hide project, sequence and clip names first, and user names in file paths are always removed.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@motionvisionfx.com. Data held by Lemon Squeezy is governed by its own policy.
